 Blackboard Quizzes and Surveys

Led by: April Rau
Where: Studio 521, Dimond Library
When:
Mon., December 14, 2009, 3:00pm-4:00pm

Blackboard quizzes are a powerful tool for assessment and self-paced study.  This session is intended for people who are already comfortable with the basic Blackboard features and who want to move to the next level.  We will explore some best practices for using Blackboard quizzes and surveys that have been developed in collaboration with UNH faculty actually using the tools.  We'll discuss quiz settings, recommend guidelines you can give to your students, talk about how to prevent unauthorized collaboration, examine how quizzes work in large classes, and review some good tips on how to administer online quizzes and surveys.  Faculty are encouraged to bring their own course materials to the training.

New Blackboard users are invited to register for Blackboard QuickStart (see course catalogue for next available dates).
